| Home Affairs
*Citizenship. The citizenship is unique in all the Republic of Atlantis and the new citizens must contact the Ministry of Home Affairs and send the citizenship form.
*Police Force. Every Federation can have a Police Department, that responds to the President of Federation. The Federal Police can supervise or take a case from the Police Department.
*Election. The election for the President of Federation take place every year and all the citizens of the Federation can vote. The President of Federation can decide the minimum age for vote (not less than 12). The Office of the President of Federation oversees the internal election for the President. The elections for the Parliament are oversees by the Ministry of Home Affairs. In case of report electoral fraud the Parliament will create a commission to oversees the internal election of a Federation. Every citizen can vote for the Parliament or candidate himself (minimun age is 14 for the Parliament, 16 for the President of the Republic).
Foreign Affairs
A Federation have no autonomy on Foreign Affairs and depends on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Defence
A Federation can have a command with an Officer in Chief for the Army, that must be appointed by the Ministry of Defence. A command as intermediary between the soldiers and the Ministry of Defence must be requested by the President of Federation if the number of soldiers is more than 8.
Education, Research and Culture
*University. A Federation can create an University, that must be standardized by the Ministry of Education, Research and Culture. The teachers can be appointed by an internal contest. The Rector is appointed by the President of Federation.
*Sport. On the sport every Federation have autonomy, but a team can represent only the Federation and not all the Republic of Atlantis (except for regulamentations from the Ministry).
*Culture. Every Federation have autonomy on culture, and the Office of the President of Federation must respect the culture of the minorities. As holidays the Federation must respect only the 1st January, 2nd February, 24th December and the 31st December. Every Federation can add holidays.
*Research. For researches the Federation can ask to start a program, project or something else to the Ministry of Education, Research and Culture that will appoint a team (proposed by the creator).
Justice
A Federation have its own Court, but the regulamentations are decided by the Ministry of Justice.
Economy, Finance and Treasury
A Federation can have his own Stock Exchange, but the regulamentation must be decided by the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Treasury. A Federation can not have an indipendent currency.
If something is not regulated by the Federal Government, or a Federation want to change something, the President of Federation can propose a bill to the Parliament.
