| I'm honoured & pleased to join the Republic of Atlantis as Citizen.
The first goal of my citizenship is knowlege : to know better the Citizens, the
Governative Enstablishment, the Institutions & laws, the relatinships network
and - last but not least - the Territories of the Nation. Because of my old age,
I dunno how long it will take. After this 1st step, I hope to give the best
contribution I can to the developement, the enforcing & the evolution of the
Nation, tring to use in the best way my resourches. At same time, I hope to
achive more knowlege and experiences (one of the most amazeing things of life is
that there will alwais be something new to learn & that will make you grow, even
being a very old person !).
Now - with lotta narcisism but low self-esteeme (LOL  ) - I think it's correct to
introduce better myself:
My name is Franco Papa - from it comes "Fox Papa" that stands for F P in the
INTL sailing code - F = foxtrot (mustly syncopated in "fox") & P = Papa.
I was born in Italy in Lampedusa island (in the core of Med. sea) in june 1959.
So I'm an Italian ( and Atlantis !) citizen 51 yrs old. From long time my boat -
that's the place where I live - is locatated in Napoli (Naples), a town in south
Italy. Actually my profession is Psychotherapist (that's why "Dr. Fox") and I'm
also a regional trade union leader.
After high school I got Md at Rome Univ. After I attended a Graduate at Miami
Univ. in FLA USA and a Graduate in Tblisi I.P. Pavlov institut in Georgia (ex
CCCP). I got my PhD in Naples. I wrote 2 books that has been published.It's
almost 7 yrs that I'm working on another one that dunno if I will ever finish.
When young I've been 18 months in italian military navy as officer of military
health, being onboard in 2 hospital ships. Discharged as Capitain.
I know fluently italian & english languagge, decently russian & spanish and I'm
able to speack simple modern greek & dutch. Of course I know latin & ancient
greek.
I visited almost all european nations, Soviet Union, USA, Senegal.
My interests are in my profile.

) for wellcoming my citizenship to you all. About my "experience" must be considerated that I'm old. I'm quite convinced that almost all young Citizens of Atlantis at my age will be more experienced of me... think that when I was born there were no computers & no mobile phones ... the black & white TV had just 2 channels ... more than half century ago ! A millenium ago !
